Set up voicemail on your phone and ensure that you set your voicemail password so that it's different from the default password used to set up voicemail the first time. Start Outlook 2016. Manual configuration settings

If the Email Help Tool doesn’t offer instructions for your mail clientor if you want to set up your client directly, you can manuallyconfigure your email client or device by using the settings in this section.

Note: If your email uses an Exchange mailbox and you don’t want toset up the connection to use the Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) orPost Office Protocol (POP), you can find information for specific clients anddevices in Configure email clients and mobile devices for email hosted onExchange.
